Century Compact

The Century Compact is a 4-reed accordion featuring a double cassotto, with the Piccolo (H 4′) reed positioned outside the cassotto. Within the cassotto are the Bassoon (L 16′) and one Flute (M 8′) reed, while a second Flute (M 8′) reed and the Piccolo (H 4′) reed are mounted outside.

Perfectly suited to world music, jazz, and contemporary repertoire, it offers an exceptionally broad tonal palette, including beautiful Bandoneon and Piccolo (Quinzième) registers. Compact in size with its 96-bass configuration, it features five left-hand registers and twelve right-hand registers.

While it does not deliver the traditional Cavagnolo American sound, it excels as a complementary acoustic accordion, thanks to its remarkable versatility and the outstanding quality of its registers.
