We’ve created and branded our very own AiR Cavagnolo app. But remember, the tablet app was available previously with the Digit – it was the first on the market in 2016.

For 3 years now, we have been the only manufacturer to use latest generation technology. The touchscreen tablet and Bluetooth link are our brand’s signature.

We’ve re-issued it and have innovated with a completely rethought and optimised iPad app.

We imagined a new interface which was intuitive, visual, and streamlined. The AiR app allows the Digit AiR to be even more exceptional and unique. Customise your instrument according to your wishes. Get ready for a completely new user experience.

Why a new experience? We created a whole new 2 in 1 system. According to whether your tablet is horizontal or vertical (Digit Live Control) you will have a different control panel. As a result, daily ‘live’ use and the more detailed programming stage are completely distinct! Of course, we took great care to ensure that both apps were compatible ?

Thanks to this unprecedented concept, both novices and experienced users will be completely satisfied with the Digit AiR.

With its makeover into a flat design, the Digit AiR app offers clear legibility which makes it easier to use.

The interface was 100% reviewed. Our design brief was precise. We needed to keep our exceptional digital accordion, making it even more intuitive and offering more versatility to musicians resulting in better performances.

That’s why we designed this app to fit the Digit AiR, to give you all of the power of our know-how, and facilitating the use of every feature.

Immediate, wireless creativity!

Wherever you are, pick up your Digit AiR without worrying about cables and wires. Gone are interfaces and USB cables. The Digit AiR completely relies on Bluetooth transmission.

Your modifications are taken into account in real time on the accordion! As soon as you make any modification, the repercussions on the Digit AiR are instantaneous. You can adjust your parameters easily and speedily.

Simplified and extended programming abilities

We designed a versatile app with a visually streamlined interface, offering more power and more comfort for your creation. The whole interface of the accordion was reviewed, re-thought and redesigned so that everything was in its right place, for quicker access and easier, intuitive customisation.

The result is an increase in speed and optimized handling to be much simpler.

At all stages of programming, the Digit AiR app gives you an overview.

Like we all know, it is often much easier to understand things when we can get the bigger picture. So we designed our app with this in mind.
The result: you are even more proficient and work more efficiently.

Streamlined access

Thanks to the iPad touchscreen, we developed an intuitive navigation, which doesn’t require any prior knowledge in order to customise the Digit AiR however you wish. No complicated jargon, but symbols and explanatory images. The AiR app opens the doors to a much easier programming stage which is speedy and accessible.

Confort of use

That’s right – we focussed our efforts on maximising the potential of the Digit AiR’s programming motor, with your comfort in mind. We managed to develop an even more advanced system which offers more possibilities than its predecessor, as well as being more intuitive to use.

For example, we also optimised the use of MP3s. You can mark your MP3s as favourites to be able to find them more easily, and you can launch your MP3s by striking a chord on your left hand if you wish. The Digit AiR can play the sequence of MP3s you’ve lined up in advance or in real time.

Of course, it is possible to use the Digit AiR without an iPad just to play or be accompanied by your orchestrations. Nevertheless, your iPad is bound to quickly become your accordion’s best friend, especially when you discover the second part of the “Digit Live Control” app.

Create, exchange, share!

Do you have friends who own a Digit AiR Millenium? Do you want to share or exchange your sounds, your workspaces… Well, that’s all possible and prepared for. You can import or export registrations and complete workspaces thanks to iTunes, which will transmit everything instantly onto your iPad.

All you’ll need is a few minutes to load your friends’ sounds into your Digit AiR. Of course, it will store them in its memory – and you’ll be able to hold thousands of them.
